Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)

Delta Motion is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and supporting our customers’ cybersecurity and compliance objectives as the regulation comes into force.

The CRA establishes phased obligations that apply to manufacturers of digital products, including industrial control equipment. Delta Motion is actively preparing to comply with these requirements within the mandated timelines:

  • By September 11, 2026, Delta Motion will have processes in place to meet CRA reporting obligations for actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe cybersecurity incidents.
  • By December 11, 2027, when the CRA is fully applicable, relevant Delta Motion products will be designed, documented, and supported to meet applicable CRA requirements, including CE marking where required.

Because the CRA is legislation rather than a finalized technical specification, detailed compliance requirements—such as specific security features, documentation, and conformity assessment procedures—are still evolving. Delta Motion will continue to evaluate regulatory guidance and industry interpretations as they mature.

Delta Motion participates in industry collaboration through its membership in the Joint Working Group for Device/Tool Security for Ethernet-Based Communication Protocols, helping ensure that our approach aligns with emerging best practices for industrial cybersecurity.

Delta’s CRA compliance efforts are directed toward the RMC75E, RMC200, and future motion controllers.

As regulatory guidance becomes clearer, Delta Motion will provide updated information on product support, documentation, and compliance status.
