Axis Parameter Register

Address:

RMC75: n/a

RMC150: n/a

RMC200: %MDn.142, where n = 384 + the axis number

System Tag:

_Axis[n].OutputAt0, where n is the axis number

How to Find:

Axes Parameters Pane, All tab: Output

Data Type:

EtherCAT Control Output: DINT

Analog or Outer Loop Control Output: REAL

Units:

Counts, V, mA, or %

Description

This axis parameter is involved with converting the Control Output to the Final Output. This parameter is available in the following cases:

The axis’ Control Output in % is converted to the Final Output by linear scaling as defined by the Output Type, Output at 100%, Output at 0%, and Output at -100% parameters.

The Output at 0% axis parameter defines the output at 0% of the Control Output.

Example 1:

To convert the Control Output from the range (-100%, 100%) to the range (0, 5V), where 2.5V is the center:

Example 2:

For an EtherCAT valve, to convert the Control Output from the range (-100%, 100%) to the range (-16384 Counts, 16384 Counts), where 0 Counts is the center:

For more details on configuring the output range, see the Output Type topic.
