 Closed-Loop Electro-hydraulic Control Aids Component Fatigue Testing
Fatigue analysis is a technique that is performed in R&D labs to understand the failure properties of a specimen in order to improve the reliability, quality, or cost of a manufactured product. Typically, the analysis starts by evaluating a series of mathematical equations, but then the results can be verified using real-world testing. Such is one of the processes being undergone by the NACCO Materials Handling Group (NMHG) Development Center in Fairview, Ore., one of the three research and development facilities for the Hyster® and Yale® lines of lift trucks. Delta Extends Product Warranty to 2 years
Delta announces an additional year of warranty for Delta's RMC75 and RMC100/150 closed-loop Motion Controllers. Beginning in mid-December of 2015 all RMC motion controllers will carry a 2 year parts and labor warranty (from date of shipment from Delta).

meet Reuben Bellika – Software Engineer
Reuben Bellika has worked at Delta as a design engineer for eight years, contributing to Delta's custom system business as well as the motion control products. His main tasks include software development, research and PCB design. His position at Delta has allowed him to pursue a wide variety of technical interests, including image processing, statistical analysis and development of secure and reliable software. Reuben has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family. |
