"Our headquarters facility was designed in 2009 to meet future requirements, with special features such as ESD flooring throughout the production area, and a large configurable training classroom", stated Steve Nylund, Delta's CEO. "This latest improvement updating and expanding the Hydraulic Systems Lab is another incremental step that is helping our customers get the very best in practical electro-hydraulic systems training". (Figure1 shows 1 of 6 lab systems used during our standard classroom or advanced training).

The recently completed remodeling project includes 1,200 square feet of expanded testing and training lab space for use by Delta R&D and the several hundred people that get trained on Delta motion control products each year. The six hands-on labs that are part of Delta's training classes include setup and tuning of: linear and non-linear hydraulic motion systems, dual-cylinder hydraulic presses, and electric motors.
