Delta adds Self-Paced Training for Motion Controllers

October 7, 2014, — Battle Ground, WA — Delta Computer Systems, Inc. announces an additional self-paced training option for the company’s RMCTools software and RMC controllers, which are targeted for high-performance servo-electric and hydraulic motion control. With this new training option, customers can learn at their desks and at their own pace in any time zone and any location worldwide.

To make it easy to use, Training Videos can be viewed anytime at no charge. These free training videos are designed to introduce and teach the basics of the RMC75 and RMC150 motion controllers using RMCTools software. Delta’s RMCTools software features flexible User Programs with an extensive command set, including robust mathematical expressions, setup wizards, automated loop tuning wizards and an intuitive plot manager for graphical diagnostics.

As a next step (for a small charge) one can schedule time, receive a written training exercise packet to use with the videos, and connect to a dedicated RMC motion controller located at Delta for hands-on exercises.
